    Dual transducers?

Anybody running this setup? Is it worth it?

Some have to do that due to blockage of one side of the SI transducer via outboard, pontoon hull, jet drive, outdrive, trolling kicker motor, etc.
A bassboat with an outboard jackplate will provide the side clearance with no need to have dual SI transducers. Just common sense.

He made it sound like the imaging is better. That's what I was wondering about.

The image would only be "better" for the SI side that was being blocked by some obstruction or was getting echoes from such obstructions.
