Helix M360 Sharing

2 Apex 13 at bow, 1 has m360 connected and other has built in Quest SI ducer connected. TL and ML connected enet.
1 Helix 15 4n at console connected to transom SI and 2d puck in hull.

Can the Helix show the 360 thru sharing? I'm not sure it can as it doesn't show up in list. Finds ML, TL just fine but not the 360.

No you cannot share MEGA 360 between APEX and Helix. Can only share waypoints and Ethernet accessories.

So if I replace the helix 15 with a apex 16, I'll be able to I take it?

You can share MEGA 360 with APEX units, SOLIX units, and mix of SOLIX and APEX.

I share the Mega 360 between my Apex 19, 16, and 13 and it works great. It is physically connected to my Apex 13 and I didn't use a Y Cable because I wanted to be able to get both my Apex SI image and Mega 360 image at the same time.

You connected both ducers to 1 apex?
I connected 360 to one and tm si to other unit. Is that the best way? Figured it was really the only way, but always open to different ideas.

I don't know if you were referencing my post but I have my Mega 360 connect to my Apex 13 at the helm. I have my Apex SI+ transom transducer connected to my Apex 19, also at the helm. I have my Minn Kota Quest SI transducer connected to my Apex 16 at the bow. I can access any of the 3 transducers from any of my
three units through the Apex Sonar Source selection (which is also available on the Solix). The main issue in doing this is possible sonar crosstalk, but I avoid that by customizing my CHIRP frequency ranges so the Mega 360 doesn't overlap with the SI.

OK, didn't want to side track another thread. So, I'll continue mine.

It was said in the other thread that multi Helix's can share M360 over enet....But I cannot from Apex to Helix? Seems strange to me..........

The SOLIX and APEX are the results of Johnson Outdoors purchasing the GeoNav company to have a high end unit for the blue water market. They purchased the product line and hired some of the employees. That originally was the ONIX and ION.
The operating system/menus/software are different than the number series/Helix units like they are still two different companies.
They used to not even share waypoints but was changed later in the ONIX/ION series before being replaced by SOLIX and then APEX.
