For trucks with that much mileage, the only truck I would consider is a Gen 2 Tundra.

Professionals will charge a lot more than a $1,000 to cut down and haul it away. This one looks like $3,000 to $5,000 to remove it.

The widest front deck in the Ranger family is the Z520c at 72". The Z521c is 67". Also look at the old 520vx.
