have you measured ptp? knowing that might help the prop choices!

boat weight may be loading it up release winch and see if it comes loose might be frozen in the roller bushing also? put nut on until flush and hit with hammer several times?
most cars are going to agm newer better technology.. rangers come with agm for engine as that is what merc wants
i would try the trophy, just keep it deep as they throw blades i would love to try one soon also going to get a xl from mark likely--
have you called marks propellors? he make 3 props and they are a little more reasonably priced also--plus his advice is priceless
throttle body upgrade would help a lot also
dont waste time and money guessing on a prop. call marks propellors and order his 4 blade xl. will carry the heavy boat and do great in big rough waters
get a 4 blade xl from mark and or a bravo1 and you will likely love that prop

New ones needed. Not having thermostats causes a mothered overheat also because the water is moving too quickly to pick up the heat from the heads and cylinders

yes get these and good bolts and nuts to use. this is how almost all boats come now
bad starter? test at solenoid with a test light first
pvs hole size does nothing on max rpms just hole shot rpms--pitch is the number for max rpms with tons of factors
