Next time you come off plane, look and see how high the wake comes up the motor cowl.

Been couple years since I installed mine. That silver ring on the network connector is something I cant remember seeing.
Something looks different to me. Unless they have different connectors now.

I renewed my platinum card months ago. I pretty sure I ran into that problem.
Had to wait until the day it expired before I could update. Same price

Take a card and format it, wipe it clean. Put that formatted card in your garmin unit. It should write like a identifier file to it.
Remove card.
Then copy your file to the card. Try it again.
