You need to measure the leaf springs, eye to eye and the drop measurement. I have a screenshot that I took when I replaced my single axle leaf springs, bit can't seem to post it here
The reservoir won't have that much pressure on it. If it did brake fluid will squirt up at you. Pacific trailer has a parts diagram. I have a feeling your piston/plunger boot may have a crack in it
What tm do you have? Mk website recommends 100-110ah
Mk website has this info
https://minnkota-help.johnsonoutdoors.com/hc/en-us/articles/9014173682455-Conductor-Gauge-and-Circuit-Breaker-Sizing-Chart
Check the mercury engine section here. There's a sticky post with which Mercs are Merc approved for use with lithium batteries
Each battery has a cycle rating. Try not charging it after an outing and see what happens. Of you're left with 90% after one use, go 2 uses and see
Sweet!
You mean your schematics
25 sounds too big for a 175hp engine. If you aren't teaching max rpm, drop a pitch or 2
Soinds like something got hot and it shut itself off as a precaution. The mk website has max amp draws for 80# listed at 56A. You wore might be too small for the length of run
Check out Pacific trailers website
I literally went from 2 ha ding the jack to get it to move up or down, to 3 fingers after I greased up the threaded rod. Hope the new one works out for you!
Champion boat group, same name. But if you go to the files section in the group, it's uploaded there in PDF format
If it's dark its likely unburnt 2 stroke oil. Normal of its bluish, then od worry about prop shaft seals.
Scroll down a few posts here and another user had the same dilemma. Same answer too
Fill your livewell with a garden hose and see if it drains in one position
I have a wiring diagram. If you're on the FB champ group, I uploaded it to the files section
I've saved some money by taking it apart, and lubing the threaded shaft. Made a world of difference. All a trailer jack is, is basically a threaded rod that goes thru a nut, with the cranking...
Livewell timer. The brown wire goes to the pump
Pacific trailer is where I got mine for my ufp actuator. From my research they had good prices, complete actuators too
It super easy to replace. I replaced my steel hoses with rubber ones, bled it and good to go. Pacific trailer
Take it apart and check. On ufp the seals can be an oddball size. I made this mistake and bought a standard 3000lb bearing set but had to order inner race and seal seperately
Pacific trailer is a good site to order parts or full units
You're better off bilge diving and checking. Some champs had various pumps. I switched to Johnson/spx pumps whenever one goes out
Tach runs off rectifier, and rectifier also regulates charge on the battery. Replace them both if defective. There's a way to test them, but it's almost guaranteed they're bad
