    Tampa Bay

Not a common sight here, especially on a sunny Christmas Day @ 10:30am.

how long is it going to last? we had -30 with wind chills for a couple days, next week we get to the 40s. I have a couple of condos down there in little harbor and the last time we where there in oct. it got down to the 60s and that seemed pretty cold

Over by midweek, at least the chilly weather. Last night was the end of freezing, for now.
We enjoyed 28F lows this weekend, 86F highs next weekend. Welcome to Florida winter.

Serious talk aren’t y’all worried about the above ground backflow device freezing.
    You can lead a horticulture,
but you can't make her think.

Seems like that would be a good time to have a round up collection.

Not in Central or South Florida, in North Florida, of course.
Our freezes are usually 6-12 hours long, brass valves are fine.
Mostly an event about fruit trees, lawn turf and fried iguana.

Coming down Sunday evening.............says it will be in the 80's by then. Looking forward to the stories about people putting the poor lizards in their cars then seeing what happens when they wake up.

Did you spray the trees and mail box? Got down to 18* in the Big Bend last night, glad I put a moving blanket over my well tank last night.

We'd have driven to Miami to visit the kid. She's much warmer.
