    455 and 1070 clip

    Just a little comparison. The black lines that are more noticeable on 1070 than the 455 are like little shelves (8” to 12” tall) that form as the water fluctuates (100 +/- feet) and the waves lap on the shoreline. FYI the 1070 seems to be a more accurate depiction than the 455 of what it looks like.

    I wonder if your graph's resolution makes the difference even more pronounced than my 126s?

    I don't agree. You would not see that in nature at those depths. It has always been a complaint about Garmin Si.
