Cleaning Black Atlas

What do you need to clean a black Atlas jackplate? Mine looks pretty nasty and soap and water won’t work.

I'm wondering if the Zepp driveway cleaner I just used would work. Or Soft Scrub, Soft Scrub with Comet. I have the bare aluminum, wish I had gotten the black.

I would try Chemical Guys heavy duty spot remover. That stuff is great! After all, you’re just cleaning water stains.

Dont put it on your boat but ive had really good luck using the dawn power scrub in the spray.....that stuff did wonders on mine.....also used it on the prop and inside the prop and it cleaned it right up!

Try the Kaboom/oxy clean in the foam spray can.

Heck im scared to put any chemicals on mine the paint is starting to fade on mine and it’s a 2020….
