    Yes, "Dottie" would've broken the record out of Dixon lake, but was foul hooked. That said, its been a long time since a 20 has come out of California.

    Texas biggest bass is just over 18 lbs, and that one was several decades on the past. No 19 lbers and no 20 lbers. I do expect OH Ivie to come close to that state record though.
