Ranger Z21 GEL COAT

Hi, fairly new to this. Have done fiberglass work before. Looking to top coat Ranger polyflake boat after 180-320 sanding of old surfaces. Have not gotten into flake and boat looks great after wet rag. WHAT clear gel coat should I use to topcoat.??? I 'm not even sure if hull is Epoxy resin or Polyurethane. I understand that Poly will not stick correctly to Epoxy. Is Marine Coat1 a good product to use here or what would you suggest. Lots of sanding time so want to do this correctly. Thank you for any help !!!

I plan to spray 3 coats, 2 day one no wax , 1 day 2 with wax
