New Pellet Burners Models From RecTeq

Several new models. The griddle is interesting, as is the direct/indirect model.

I love my Recteq for Smoking. Extreme care must be taken when using high temps due the possibility of grease fire.

I have had some flare ups when trying to use it as a grill, even though I thought I had the grease tray/pan very clean. I have also had the pellets in the fire box smoldering after cool down when using it on high temps. it stays VERY HOT for a long time.

I still don't think the dual purpose smoke/grill/sear kit is ideal. I use the smoker as a dedicated smoker and the grill for grilling.
