WHICH dexter kit do i need to order for my 2020 NITRO Z21 TANDEM TRAILER? trailer is sqeaking pretty good and i notice slack in
the sleeves of the shackles. where is the best place to order from thanks

I installed this kit yesterday. I was hesitant to spend the $329 due to some stating that their trailer still creaked and popped after installed. A couple of my factory shackles showed wear in that the holes were elongated and it rattled like a bucket of bolts empty. Not sure I made the right call only time will tell. The kit is much heavier than the original and is greasable. Only thing I would change is to put the grease zirks to the inside - there a 2 on each side that I couldn't get the grease gun on without removing the wheels. I did order a 90 degree grease gun coupler and hope that solves the access problem.

This is what I put on my 2022 Z20 - the only "popping" I have is the boat on the boards when turned real sharp due to trailer flex. Was ordered off Etrailer.

Couldn't get the EX Flex equalizer to fit???? That may help with the noise a little.

I got this coupler and a more powerful grease gun after installing wet bolts with a mini gun. Helps with mess and aggravation.

I put these on all of the zirks. You can get to the equalizer ones really easy without modifying any grease gun.

I just wasn't confident that the EZ flex would be a huge improvement over wet bolts so I just went with a wet bolt kit. I think getting the factory shackles off will make a huge difference.

I agree don't think the ezflex equalizer is needed. if you want to eliminate most of the sounds. wet bolts and shackles are all u need.

I have the equalizer and I agree with you. I don't think that it makes much of a difference. I think the biggest thing is getting rid of the factory plastic bushings and getting the brass ones in.
