Updating Mega Live ?

After updating Helix units, G4 9 & 10, does the Mega Live have to be in the water to do update on it?

NOPE . Just make sure on your unit that it is connected then insert the update card

No, it doesn't matter which unit you use to update the Mega Live. The Helix/Solix/Apex is just delivering the update to the Mega Live itself... nothing is actually changed on the unit doing the delivery of the update.
