Today I was a boat captain for the High School invitational. It was a good event with 37 or 38 teams particapating.
Take off was between 7:00 AM, with check in at 2:30.
Water temperatures were between 65 and 70 degrees depending on your location.
The wind coming out of the South at 20 to 25 almost constantly all day long did beat us to death and made it extremely difficult on these young guys and gals. Most of the teams, however, hung in there dispite the tough conditions and there were lots of the teams bringing in fish.
