Phoenix 721 2013 Trailer Replace, Repair Serious Corrosion on L-Brackets/Spacers

I am getting quotes to replace some of the L-Brackets on my trailer. Or to possibly cut the horizontal corroded pieces and to then bolt on new hardware for bunk support. Not sure what it will cost. And how that will relate to buying a new trailer.

I have been told that a new Phoenix Trailer will be about $8000 to $8500. And that there would be a delay given that the trailer would need to be ordered, made after the order, then delivered.

I have also quickly looked at 2024 Load Rite Aluminum Bass Boat Trailers BA19T5200102TB1 | Southeastern Marine. Quoted $6677 and it will be fitted to my boat. My concern with this is it seems significantly longer than my original Marine Master trailer.

It would be really appreciated to get everyone's thoughts on this.

You can get a better price from McLain or Magic Tilt trailers.

Agreed on McClain trailer. I replaced my 2011 Ranger Trail Trailer with it.
