I'm confused, are you trying to start it, if so why the "stop" part?

Yes trying to start. I’m saying all 6 lights on keypad start blinking. Will not do anything past that

I know it happened to a friend of mine and it was the starting battery no good, as soon as he put a charge on it the key pad worked.

You may be correct. I’ve also lost power to Garmin Force foot pedal and I’m assuming this is the dedicated power source for that(not running on AA batteries).

Try this, Start, 1234, Start, Start. On the last start hold the start button in till she cranks.

I'm about 99% sure starting battery is bad. Sorry for original confusing post. I put in code correctly, what meant was after putting in code all six lights blink (start and stop and 1,2,3,4). Never even get the first beep.
