I put a light coat of italian dressing or olive oil and then sprinkle liberally with Cavender's Greek seasoning.

Olde Thompson Chili lime or Lane's Chili Lime seasonings. I like to put them on at the finish 5-10 minutes before removing.

I just put some lemon pepper, garlic powder, and seasoned salt on it. Or salt and pepper then slather in our favorite BBQ or teriyaki sauce.

Chupacabra rub is the best in the world and there’s not a close second. Plenty of options within the brand as well.

Penzey's Northwoods or Northwoods Fire if you want a little more heat. Really great flavors built into that one, I use it on chicken and chops frequently, even on eggs. I got thru a big bottle of that stuff about every 2 months or so.

Wham bbq dry rub. The mild has a better flavor than the hot. I have to order it.
