    Lunch today

    consists of sardines, covered with hot Pace Picante sauce and club crackers. Washing it down with a Dr. Pepper. Beat that.

    Had a leftover bacon, egg, and cheese muffin made on the Blackstone last night. But I will say sardines packed in hot sauce with a spread of mustard on some saltines make a great lunch.

    The only thing wrong with this lunch is on 1/2 pound. I thought you might be on diet. But then it would have been a pound of gizzards and diet coke.
