    Lithium's and Ghost

Looking to exchange my 4 year old Deka 31 flooded batteries for a set of lithium's. Running a Ghost with three batteries. I have run them low but never killed them. I like the idea of 50 to 60 amp batteries for weight, foot print, and price just worried about a longer day with current. Anyone running a Ghost in this configuration. Opinions please with out the obvious bigger is better mantra.

    Thanks

I run that set up with a Ghost and 3 Ionic 50Ah batteries. The Ghost is extremely efficient in the 36v configuration. Have fished multiple long practice and tourney days on lakes and rivers with current. Have not yet had batteries drop below 50%.

I run a 112 fortrex with 3 50amp hr ionics, fish slop, current, run the shit out of them and have never ran them dead, I tried when I first got them, but could only get down to 37 percent. almost never go under 60 percent even in derbys

Run the 50ah on my Ghost. It's a 36 volt system and can fish a 2 day tourney without charging. Batteries never get below 55%.

I run (2) 50ah 24 volt with Ghost. Can pretty much fish all weekend without recharge. But I don't use the spot lock that much.. no current either.

Same for me. Three 50ah for my 36v Ghost. I can get two tournaments out of one charge. I have gotten them down to 52% after two days.

I had 3 of the 50ah ionics on my ghost. Just sold them and ordered the 100ah. If I was on a lake power fishing and covering water I would run out of juice around 1pm.

I run three 75 amp MillerTech lithium's on my Ghost TM and have run 3 days in the current at Guntersville and none of them dropped below 70%. I got nervous and charged them anyways.

I find that hard to believe with a Ghost. Ultrex, maybe so.

I Run 3 - 50ah ionic and fished current and weeds all day. While moving upstream and the most it went to was 48%.
Did this for a week on Pickwick and a week at Guntersville.

Batteries were good. You can open app and see how many amps your trolling motor is drawing. On my ghost wide open is right at 50 Amps. So on wide open and never letting off batteries would last a little over an hour. On certain lakes we fish we turn the motor on constant and set the power to 6 or 7 when we are killing the 50ah batteries. Just like everyone else if it just "normal" fishing I could go 2 days and not charge. The 50ah were big enough for me 90% of the time. I went on and upgraded to the 100ah just to finish the day in those situations.

I switched my wet cells to 3 100ah lithiums for the Ghost. Added another 100 ah for electronics along with the Power Pole charger...very little time to top off as the PPole charger does a great job while the Merc is running.

u have a ghost with 3-100ah? is that 27% after one day? if it is you must be running ur trolling motor on 8 or 9 the whole day.
