That’s not Ryan Ingram first of all. That’s a local lawyer and if you ever fish Eufaula you know him. I won’t say more because I have no desire to be named as a defendant in a lawsuit which I know he is already putting together.

From what I have seen its a problem with both guys. Appears that guy getting yelled at pulled in on top of the one guy already fishing. The guy doing the yelling should have minded his own business but decided to butt in for his friend. Stories are circulating that he had been hole sitting for the guy. Then he proceeds to use the Ryan Ingrams name and enough people know the guy as a jackass local attorney and unfortunately for him he owns one of A-Marts old boats so he can't just hide his identity that easily. If I was guy getting yelled at I would have called DNR and shared video with them. IF he did something wrong the other guy should have spoken up.
Just my .02 and take on what I saw and comments I read.

First reaction for me is the guy raising heck has a good point .

At that point keep fishing like you can’t hear the guy yelling. If he circles you all day he ain’t fishing. One reason for keeping an open mine and great attitude. Record boat numbers. Picture if possible.

Who would hire this individual to represent them? It appears that he is unable to control his emotions. And he admits to lying about his identity. Very valid reasons NOT to seek him out to represent you.
Well that escalated quickly. Feel bad for whomever was one that directly accused him of hole sitting. But as I mentioned earlier def read that one going around. Probably some folks deleting posts. Still think it was between the 2 original anglers and he came in between them as he stated just because he didn't like the situation. Is that even right for him to do as he wasn't the one being infringed on? IDK, but I think the kid that did should have spoken up for himself. If what the atty is saying is how it happened and I was the other angler that kid would have gotten the same berating and I wouldn't have needed it to come from someone else. Sucks that we all are even having to watch this.
