I took mine off a 2019 518l, 2 bolts under front. then 4 screws into side of boat.. It is for sale now if anyone is interested... Tip top shape.
My brother and I have a 2013 Z119 and decided to remove the console. He said after removing the screws and tapping sone wood ships in it popped off pretty easy. The biggest part of the job was removing the silicone. Bought sone EVA foam to cover up the screw holes. Way more room and a much comfort place to rig up or land fish.
