What is the correct Minn Kota jack plate adapter for Raptors for a Falcon 195

So a Falcon rep told me to get the Minn Kota 5 and 4 adapters for the F195. So I got them. I have a Z-lock manual jackplate from TH Marine. The distance between the bolt holes on the 5 and 4 adapter is a little over 6 inches. The distance of the holes on my jack plate is a little over 8 inches. The 5 and 4 certainly is the not the correct one. Any one have any ideas? The Minn Kota adapters do not have the schematics/measurements listed...which is quite frustrating. I attached a picture showing the dilemma.
