Progressive propulsion plus?

Does anybody buy this coverage. reading into it looks like it only covers mechanical failures and does not actually cover hitting things with lower unit. new agent was encouraging me to purchase the coverage and wanted to get opinion from somebody with experience with it.

I'm pretty sure the regular collision/comprehensive coverage already covers hitting things with the lower...

Take a look at Travelers, they have mechanical breakdown coverage. Blow the motor, they replace it or fix it. Covers just about everything that could break on the engine.
