Progressive.
Ben Green!
Progressive through USAA…not that I think that means anything. One not at fault claim in 20 years. They paid quickly after determining a totaled boat.
Does anyone other than Travelers cover mechanical? (blown motor)
Nationwide for one reason only…they were the only ones who did not depreciate when you needed them.

I've been with Markel for about 8 years now. Never made a claim so no clue how they will handle it if I do need them.

Treat others like you want to be treated when on the water EVEN WHEN IN A TOURNAMENT! No fish is worth having a confrontation because you cut someone off or came in on top of someone.

Have had Progressive since 2010 with three new boats in that time the only claim was in 2020 when I wrecked my 2016 Ranger Z520C. They totaled it and paid me the purchase price and still insure my replacment.
Farm Bureau
Bundled everything on a State Farm policy
Progressive since I've had a boat that needed insurance dating back to 2005, never had a claim with the boat but with my autos/motorcycle they have always treated me well.
Progressive has insured all my boats for over 20 years. I'm in their Crown Tier meaning I m never put on hold.No brag, just fact.
I've filed several claims over the years, most being $15,000 fiberglass damage, couple pf lower units, prop shafts and couple of trailer accidents. No rate increase etc.
Good Luck in your quest.
Travelers, covers mechanical breakdown one your engine too.

Had progressive, 1 claim and no problems.. they won't insure my allison ,with erie now.. so far no claims and no problems.. never know how good your insurance is until you have a claim.. that said,> I'd stay very far away from state farm unless you like arguing with adjusters and having them tie you up in court for years..
