Looking at ordering a Daiwa Tatula 70 SV TW, it will go on an OG Zillion 7' Medium XF rod. I will be throwing mostly finesse jigs (BC OW Snipers) and shaky heads 3/16-1/4oz. Line will be Sunline Sniper 12lb FC. Will this reel throw the 3/16oz (plus plastics) shaky heads? I have a GC that I will be using, so not looking for JDM suggestions. Thanks.

Yes, easily...so long as the line matches up and the rod will load the weight.
The Tatula 70 SV TW will make a great match for that old Zillion rod. It's a very solid little reel and under appreciated it seems. The small, compact, rigid frame are comfortable for small hands, or even for someone with bigger mitts like me

Yup, it will handle shakeyheads no problem. I actually throw 1/10 oz ned rigs all the time with mine!
