    Blue water led light strips

I’m wanting to install the adhesive light strips around the deck of my boat. Have any of you Triton owners done this? My 18TrX has foam in it and someone mentioned it makes it more difficult.
    Thanks.

I added Blue Water Extreme Pro LED lights on my TR196 and had no issues with foam. Just had to access the hull walls through the starboard and port storage accesses which was tight, but again, didn't run into any foam in those areas.

put some in my 2016 179trx....no foam issues....used a wire snake, took the ignition, and breaker panels off for more access.....took the seats out, too..(went a little crazy with the lights!)....also installed their rotary dimmer switch...came out nice!!!

Maybe bluewater makes a higher quality strip, but I have installed a handful of different LED light strips on my boats in the past and they always give out. I would recommend going the pod light route.

I did bluewater strips on my Stratos and I also use some on my tool truck and they worked for years without issues still going strong on the boat

I did with the rolls you get from Amazon like 10 years ago and they are still there and work great. I used the 3m automotive tape on the back and cut the strips to size. At that time a 5m roll was $10 not sure what they go for now.
