Charger question

I have a 2 yr old Noco Genius 10a charger, it is a 4 bank. The banks connected to my 3 trolling motor batteries charges fine in a few hours, but the bank to my cranking/electronics battery only shows up to 2 lights, then goes to orange. I have gone to reset mode , but no help. Can 1 bank fail and the other 3 stay fine? Checked the fuse to cranking battery and its fine. NoCo has 1 year warranty of course.😩

Move one of the leads from a trolling motor to the cranking battery and charge. If it charges fine, the first bank is bad. If it does the same thing, the battery is bad. Yes a bank can go bad. It's essentially 4 single banks connected assembled together in a housing.

I put a remote 10a charger on the cranking battery and it took a charge to full, so I assume it’s the first bank of the four. Bummer, a new charger is about $450.00 and this one is only 2 yrs old��

I believe nocos have a three year warranty. I had one bank go out in mine and contacted them, sent it in and the sent me a replacement.
