Get them changed every year before winter and looks like the prices really went up since the end of last summer...........

This is no lie. The first set of Bosch blades I ever bought lasted for 7 years before I replaced them! My experience with the Bosch blades haven’t been the same since then. They’ll only last about 4 years now. But I’m still a firm believer that they are still the best on the market.

I get OEM refills from the dealer. OEM seem to last a long time and I am just buying the rubber part of the blade, keeping the cost down. There are high volume dealers online that sell at a discount too.

If you use car washes and get the "works" etc. keep some alcohol wipes to clean the wiper blades of the residue they leave behind. Also if on the road/trip and they are streaking in the rain try pouring a cola product (Pepsi etc) on the windshield with the wipers on and wet, raining. It helps with the road grime and oil.

I buy the cheap ones; I'm replacing them twice a year regardless and the expensive ones don't last much longer anyway.

I find the factory blades work best and last the longest. I normally get 1.5 years out of em, but I am SUPER picky about my windshield wipers not making any noise! I've rode with some guys that made me shake my head trying to look through and/or listening to them make racket. I honestly think some of us are real picky and others are the opposite.

My factory Tundra blades were about 85.00. Bosch seems to work well on the Mrs GX and they are about 75.00, you gotta get the cheapies to really save.

I used 2 sets of Motorcraft oem wipers in almost 5 years. I did just buy some Peak wiper blades at Sams for $12 each, because I needed some now.

If you have an Ollies store near you the blades are $3.50. Top brands.

    2022-2024 Tundra takes 24 and 24
    2009-2021 Tundra takes 26 and 22

Either set runs about $44 for Bosch Icons.

Even the Valeo Blades run about $50 for a set.

One of these manufacturers are the OEM blades.

I change mine every year after lovebug season. Those critters will ruin a set of blades no matter the brand. Plus, I can’t stand it when blades make noise or leave a streak/film. I recently bought a set for my daily driver Mazda and they ran me about $50.00 for the set at Walmart.

I use rain X, wipe it on and done, no need for wiper blades. The harder it rains the better you can see. Check Imperial Supplies I bought for big trucks for around 2 bucks, of course that was discounted, but still can get for about $4.....

Same here. You almost don’t even need wipers with this stuff.

My Subaru requires either OEM or Bosch blades, so we’re in it for about $70-$80 a pair..

    Thank You for the reply.
