Brings back lots of memories. Good version.
Practice, practice and more practice, and if you think you're good practice some more (Cadman circa2006)
Very cool version!
One of my all-time favorites, loved listening to that song driving down the road going nowhere.
Thanks for sharing!
Great rendition. Been a fan of Jack Johnson for quite some time, His album to the sea was one of the first CDs I bought the day after I bought my first car.

This song originally was a country song that did not become a hit. Then Otis Redding recorded a remake and his version is what we know today.
That was good.
Thanks for posting, brings back memories.
Enjoyed it, thanks for sharing!

Well done.
Not,,,, The song was a Redding original. He recorded it a couple of weeks before he was killed. The whistling part at the end was because he never wrote a third verse.
I am from Macon where he lived most of his life, There is not much unknown about the man in Macon.
His wife Velma was not a fan of the song when he recorded it, She said it was a haunting song and out of his normal style.
Excellent! Some talented people right there. I wonder if I can get it on Spotify
