    ‘97 225efi promax spark plug?

I have a bone stock low hour 225efi promax, Serial #OG502776 with less than 450hrs. Well I deleted the oil injection. It’s sits on a ‘97 20xd. What plugs should I run? I am running NGK BU8H currently. A buddy told me it may be too hot or not hot enough, the boat doesn’t want to power up loading it onto the trailer. Any help would be appreciated.

Make sure you have the seal (blowout) ring on the prop if it's a 4.25" model. If you don't, it will be pretty tough to power-load that thing.
