    Custom Trailer Options (questions)

I’m in the process of getting quotes for a custom trailer for my 2004 Champion 198 Elite. I think its a given that I’m upgrading to a C channel frame, upgraded jack and winch, 2nd axle brakes and stainless fenders. I’ve never had a torsion tandem axle or shocks. What are the pros and cons of those 2 options — is it really preferred and needed? Appreciate the feedback.

springs are cheaper you can get them nearly everywhere torsions more expensive an when you need one there are none close an shipping is thru the roof. shocks are ok but not a must have.

    Venture trailers aluminum I-beam
You can get it set up to exact dimensions as existing trailer
I ordered mine from this dealer. I worked directly with the factory and have them the measurements off my current trailer
