Boat Efx does. Have theirs in mine that I installed myself last year.
If you do it yourself, buy the gallon jug of Goof Off and a nice metal paint scraper. The adhesive from the carpet will come right off.

On the Facebook Phoenix page John Sign makes the floor at a very reasonable price. Last I noticed he was charging $350. plus will give you some good tips on removing the carpet.
