Looking from the back of the panel there is a dark purple wire and black wire that connects to the light modules. Which side does the purple wire connect to the module?
Black is ground and purple is power for the dash lights, including switch light's.
So which side does the purple wire connect to on the back of the module?
Unless someone somewhere changed them to LED, they contain small incandescent light bulbs, polarity does not matter as a result.
