2011 Blazer 625 Stress Fractures

Hello,

I am considering purchasing a 2011 625. It has transom stress fractures. I attached a pic of the side that looks the worst. That’s a penny in the pic for reference and the starboard side tie down below that. Since I have not owned a Blazer before I welcome comments from other Blazer owners and/or boat repairmen on this case and what else I need to check. I don’t have a pic of the transom next to the jack plate but assuming there are no fractures there since the owner didn’t mention it but I would obviously check.

That's pretty common in all brands.
