I know this does not answer your question but that looks just like a Faria guage. I would try their website or just about any place that sells marine parts will carry a Faria guage because they are very common guage supplier in the marine industry. If it froze over the winter I would install a drain kit. Since you going to have to remove it to replace it will be the perfect time to install a drain. Its pretty easy to install a drain. You need a T, some line and a drain. A pet store with a good selection of aquarium supplies will have what you need or a place that sells water line kits for a refrigerator...
