power head swap 200 EFI 200hp to Optimax 200hp

my serial is OT392318 2002 EFI ( i cant seem to find this number for parts when searching, it is on the motor)

    Lost compression cyl #1

Found a 2002 optimax my same year) only it has a 25" shaft

Can I take that power head and put it on my Mid?
    What's involved?

Any help is appreciated, 200's are hard to find

I don't think the block is ruined. it ran on 5 cyl to get me in and makes no noise when cranking it. Shook allot on way in
tested and 0 compression on #1....

    thanks for your input...

The cost of a running used powerhead is probably not much less than a running used motor.
