    Exclamation Too Old?

I hope not. I used to ride 40 yrs ago. Norton P11 Scrambler was my fav, tho i also had a Sachs/DKW. Always missed it but other interests took over. Now I want to ride again, so I just bought a 2023 Honda XR150L.

I am 85 yrs old and am hoping to get nerve up to ride again. The bike is dual purpose and I have 40 acres, so it has potential for fun…..

Wish me luck!!!! I’d post a pic, but have forgotten how on this iPad.

Be safe and have fun!! That 150l is pretty mild so just ease into it to learn it's power points and you should be fine.

I think that's great, Lea... only too old if you think you are.

Use proper safety gear and have fun!

Congratulation on your new Honda and have fun. Noraly needs some competition!

I bought a new 1980 Honda cb750f once, rode 80,000 miles in 6-years, and then sold it. Dealer installed a Honda backrest/luggage rack.

I think that is going to be a good experience. I am 68 and just picked up a Yamaha 950 a year ago after not riding for probably 30 years. So far it has been a blast. I also had a dirt bike when I was younger. It was a 125 Penton. I’d like to get another dirt bike but may not because I would have to trailer it to ride. Build up your arm strength and be careful with your balance and have fun.
