Anyone have a fishing report? Going to be down there this weekend

I see videos of guides bed fishing for bass. Bringing the wife, so I hope the bite is good. No one one here fish broken bow lake or is it just a tight lipped group?

Last time I made the trip this time last year, water level was up 12’, water temps were fluctuating because of all the rain, water clarity was still clear. We fished three days n concentrated on the islands. We caught a lot of Kentuckies, few LM, and lots of crappie.

How was the bite ?

Only fished about 4 hours Friday. Caught about eight fish on a ned rig, then they started hitting topwater. Caught another 20+ fish when I committed to a spook for the next couple hours.
