Randy B has officially declared a rule was broken by fishing lock!!!

Just saw his video title and had to skim through it. He said it was a direct rule violation to fish lock. Said several pro anglers had reached out to him about it. It's funny cause BASS Live and Trey both went out of there way to say they called the tourney director to make sure it didn't break rule. Maybe someone can share the rule book where it says this is not allowed. Plenty of pros have weighed in but no one has showed the proof.
