Leaf Spring Bracket hitting bottom of trailer

I have one rear tire with wear on the outside, and I also noticed this. It is happening on both sides of the trailer.

Has anyone had this happen or has any ideas?

I had the same issue with my trailer. I contacted Marine Master trailer about my issue I ended up
replacing the equalizer to the triangle style I also replaced the rear leaf springs because of some sag
in the springs. I have not had the chance to see if this fixed the problem because of some health issues.
