What's your biggest frustration when bass fishing?

My biggest frustration is when I finally have a window of time to go and it's windy. I can fish in the rain, snow, cold, and heat, but I just can't enjoy myself in the wind. What's your biggest frustration when you go?

I don't get to go enough, and don't catch enough.

Agree, I despise fishing in the wind. It just makes everything difficult.

Going out and committing a full day and getting zero or maybe 1 bite. I just don't feel like I really learned anything on those days.

Normally I'd say the wind, but the last couple years I would have to go with low water due to an ongoing drought in our area. I'm generally a bank beater and it sucks going to places and all the bushes, laydowns, and grass/reeds are completely out of the water. It has helped me develop into a better offshore fisherman, but it's still very frustrating when you want to power fish visible structure and there's just none of it to fish.

Heat, I've never liked it, never dealt with it well. It literally makes me sick to my stomach. I can't fathom what it must be like fishing in the south during summer months.

Don't take this the wrong way......but some of you could get laid and complain about being sticky.

You're fishing for gods sake. It could be way way way worse.

A combination of rain, wind and cold like Friday was. 44 degree air temp, 20+ mph winds and rain simply made for a miserable day. Separately the 3 are no big deal, combined they're brutal. Heats nothing, prefer it over being cold and dressed like an Eskimo.

Wind is always the main factor

I’m use to fishing rough water but fishing big water the wind can and does dictate where you can fish or fish at all

Going to the lake, and there is no one to talk to at the ramp.

Note: that spot is for backing in the ramp....not Handicap.....

It used to be wind but with the Ultrex and an attitude adjustment I try to go when it's windy and the barometer is falling.
My biggest frustration these days is upper back and hand pain from arthritis.
    Don't worry Ma'am....

Play boats on Table Rock, luckily they don't show up until about noon so you can get some peace in the mornings
