I recently upgraded my 2010 optimax for a 2024 Mercury ProXS. I decided to measure prop to pad tonight. It came out to be 4 3/16. I have been told I good starting spot is 3.5 inches. Can anyone confirm that for me?

3.25-3.5 is where i ran my p3 with a fury 3 blade
