Like the look but not buying totally electric in my lifetime. Maybe hybrid if I do anything.

Don't know the Year. But it's a uni body
Interesting in that Ford tried this back in the early 60's
You do get a better ride qty. and there cheaper to build
    Just can't overload them

I read yesterday that tires on Ev's last 7,000-10,000 miles. Considering you get 40,000 miles and up on ice vehicles
I’ve owned three EVs and have never replaced a single tire. My MachE has right at 30,000 miles and the tires are in good shape. I think what you read is mostly a myth.

440 mile range is nice, if it’s realistic.
    Key is this.....

How far is the range with the headlights on, stereo on, AC on, and pulling a load..... real world not fantasy....

I can only imagine a service visit where the advisor and tech just shrug their shoulders because they don’t know how to fix it. They can’t even figure out sensors as it is on their vehicles, now let’s throw in high voltage. No thank you!

The lithium ion phosphate batteries being introduced in China are giving 620 miles of range and 300 miles in 15 minutes of charging. Ford has a license to produce the batteries for their cars and trucks in the plant being built in Michigan. Technology is moving at a brisk pace.

Have you ever been to a GM technical training center for their tech's? And give some example's of what "sensors" you are talking about!

Sure, either you’re being obtuse on purpose or I guess I don’t what to think but “they”, as everyone but you would know I meant the manufacturer

I have not been but I can tell you I know my job well, them, well.

As for sensors, collision, front and rear cameras, brakes, battery and not knowing how to properly flash a BCM because of a SDGM draining batteries because the mothership screwed up an OTA again.

It's another step in the right direction, but I don't see one in my future.

You won't find out until you buy one. Another toy for rich boys that fails the practicality test.

I would find another source of reading. The tire info is completely false.

The.things you listed doesn’t effect range except for pulling a load.

What will happen to the range up north in the winter with a heater, defroster, wipers, etc ?

I love the look. There are 6 EV charging stations in my small city, 1 of them a DC charge [extra fast 10 minute charge for 100 mile range]. Frankly I’m amazed that a city of 40k population in corn country already has that many public charging facilities.
