    Beef it's what for supper

And man did it hit the spot. Folks go to Weber's site and sign up for e-mails, evenif you don't own a Weber product. They send out great recipes. Got one the other day, Asparagus and tomato salad. Grilled it with the steaks and it was A+.

I am smoking baby back ribs today. Now I know what the side will be.
As fate would have it I just bought some asparagus.

Rb, thanks for the recipe recommendation. My wife makes a good salad that some of you might like. Fresh cucumber, tomatoes, crumbled feta, red onion, avocados and lemon juice freshly squeezed.

If professionals who's careers depend on catching fish use FFS then that's what I'm using. Might be too simple of a philosophy but makes sense to me.

This is Dave's wife, Amounts are all by preference. I usually do 1/2 English cucumber, 1/4 ish cup red onion, 2 avocado, 5 or 6 campari tomatoes, 1 lemon juiced, and feta to what your heart likes. This makes about 4-5servings. A sprinkle of black pepper too
