First experience in one 2 weeks ago at Sevierville, 1st & last time walking in that place, I prefer less crowds. People obviously love it, just not for me.

I usually go there at 4 in the morning. Not crowded and they still have brisket.

They are always crowded, but it never takes long to get in and out. They have an extremely efficient process. Always multiple cashiers working. Have you ever noticed their for hire signs? They pay quite well for a retail situation.

I've never waited in line for more than a minute. I love stopping in one on tbe way to a tournament. Cheap ice that lasts all day, good sandwiches pre-made and wrapped up that stay fresh. That Alomo turkey sandwich is the deal. I throw it cooler and sat it later in day when running between spots. Good prices on fuel too.
