    HELP! SPARK PLUG RECOMMENDATION

I need to replace the spark plugs on my 2005 Mercury 90hp 2-stroke. The engine is 90ELPTO, serial # 1B146412. The factory recommended spark plug is
    NGK BUZHW-2.
After not being able to find the recommended spark plug anywhere I went online to NGK'S web site and learned that this particular spark plug has been discontinued and is no longer available. Any input and recommendations for a suitable replacement spark plug would be greatly appreciated.

BTW, I'm not 100% sure but I think these maybe the factory installed spark plugs because there is some black paint overspray on the plugs. I did not buy the boat new and I have never changed the spark plugs.

Thank in advance for any recommendations.

Please check with a BBC Sponsor, such as Sherm’s Marine or us- with your serial number, the correct plugs supersede in our parts catalog online by clicking the "+" sign and then placing in the shopping cart.

L78V Champion plugs are available from numerous sources, of course.
