While I understand what you are saying about being civil and understanding, nobody here is a keyboard bully in my opinion.

The only guy here that even has that potential is Al, because he can ban someone.

If you read through this thread you will see post where some are offended by certain emoji's being used. Political discussions get heated and in comes the cooler. Honestly I like the rule.

Just my personal opinion - so take it as you may. That damned emoji should go. Can someone please tell me the real purpose of it? Why would anyone be proud to use it? I have seen members who use it many times daily.......We sure put with a lot of things on here that we would consider rude in a regular conversation.

Wow, really? It's an acknowledgement by the poster that they may ruffle some feathers by playing devil's advocate or referencing a topic that members don't agree on. If nothing else, you should interpret the comment as tongue-in-cheek.
