31 Group size Tracker Lithium

My 2023 R 521 came with the “upgraded” battery package. My three deep cycle lithiums are group size 31 Bass Tracker models. I can not see those for sale at Bass Pro as they seem to carry only the 24 size. Don’t see an option for special order either. Does anyone know if Ranger parts still carry. I am starting to have an issue and would want the same battery if replaced under warranty.

Bass Pro web site shows 60ah, 80ah, and 100ah lithiums, all 24 series size. My guess is that they changed the physical footprint when they went to Gen2 from Gen1. I had a Gen1 replaced [31 series size] in March, but the old stock might be depleted by now. Your best bet is to look at the end of the supply chain, which would be individual Ranger dealers, because they might have some 31 series they haven’t sold. Again, just a guess, but Ranger probably will warranty your Gen1 and replace it with Gen2 of same amperage rating. You’d just have to do some adjustment for the size difference. By all reports that I have heard, the Gen2 is an improvement.

amp output and reserve capacity the only numbers that matter. if the new ones are smaller but the same capacity (or more) thats not really an issue? a little more room also in rear area

The Gen 2 batteries aren't offered in series 31 size. Only the 24 size. I've had to deal with this with warranty claims on the gen 1 batteries that came in the boat.

Did you get the same capacity in exchange?
