Falcon front deck dimensions

When I was in the market for a boat, I scoured the internet looking for front deck dimensions, specifically the width at the back of the pedal recess, width at seat post, and length from the rear of the pedal recess to end of the deck. I ended up buying a 2018 F215. The measurements are as follows:

2018 F215
Width at rear of TM recess: 55.5”
Width at seat post: 65”
Length from rear of TM recess to edge of front deck: 68.5”

Can you tell me how well your 27p Scorpion does by getting on plane in roughly XX seconds? Where do you have jack plate set at, what height number, and is it a 6 or 10 inch jack plate? What model is the prop? Would you recommend it? Speed?
I have a 19 F215. Absolutely the best motor. Thank you sir!
